The Dockx aimed to enter the entertainment and Augmented Reality (AR) gaming market in Jeddah with the goal of becoming a hub for Gen Z. Despite offering a wide range of activities, the main challenge was establishing a distinctive position in a competitive space with players like ‘Brother Monkey
